When we repeat a specific movement or activity enough times, muscle memory is what allows us to continue to perform that same task without conscious effort. Your morning routine of waking up, getting ready, and driving to work are great examples. Muscle memory allows you to do those things on auto-pilot, without having to think about them as if it were your first time doing them. In this teaching series, we'll develop (or sharpen) two habits to the point they become muscle memory so that our reactions, attitudes, thoughts are aligned with what God wants them to be.
